Skill priority, beacuse we are focusing on building strength in all phases of the back squat. Tempo is as follows: 3 seconds lowering, 3 second pause in bottom of squat (you can use a box here if you'd like as well, lightly touching your butt to teh top of the box, not putting your weight down), 3 seconds standing it back up, 1 second pause. Use a weight that is lighter than you think you should to begin and add weight if you can after the first round.
