Coaching notes

Time priority - use a weight that you can go unbroken on bench press, you can kip for pull-ups, use a weight on the kettlebell that you can go unbroken on the swings. If you cannot bench press, do as many pushups as possible each round. If you cannot perform strict pull ups, then do ring rows instead.
