Task priority. Use a weight on back squats that is challenging to complete 6 reps and you should be able to complete 5 reps each round. On the American Kettlebell Swings, the purpose of this is to spike your heart rate and get you breathing hard, so attack it accordingly and use a weight that is moderately heavy.
