Skill priority today, with a focus on heavy squat snatches. Work up to a heavy 3 rep weight during your warm up, then peform 5 rounds of 3 reps, with as much rest as needed between rounds. If you cannot perform squat snatches with a bar, you can sub with dumbbells or kettlebells. If you are new to this movement and can use a bar, go very light and work on the movement mechanics. As always have fun and be safe.
