Time priority - Every 2 minutes complete 5 moderately heavy deadlifts, 10 ring dips, 20 double-unders, and rest the remainder of the two minutes. The faster you go, the more rest you get, but ten rounds add up quick. If you cannot peform double unders, do twice the amount of reps in single unders
