Skill priority today. Go to a track or simply measure out 100 meters on fairly flat ground. Make sure you warm up prior to attempting the sprints with a few laps of jogging prior to starting the first 100 meter sprint. The work is simple, sprint 100 meters at an all out pace, then rest for 5x the time it took you to complete the sprint. If it took you 20 seconds to sprint 100 meters, rest for 100 seconds. Repeat this process for 10 rounds.
