Coaching notes

This workout is all about pacing and understanding what your body can handle. You will complete 5 rounds for time of 10 toes to bar, 5 heavy push press, 15 burpee box jump overs. The push-press weight should be around 70-75% of what you could press for one rep. Use a 20" box for jump overs. Scale as needed.
