Task priority. Set a timer in the every minute on the minute style, but every two minutes instead. Start with ring dips and move into barbell snatches. The remainder of the 2 minutes is your rest time. The harder you go, the more rest time you earn, but how long can you sustain that pace? 20 minutes total time or 10 rounds.
