Task priority: Hopefully this fun couplet will challenge you with a kettlebell, get in some unilateral training, and spike the heart rate a little. On the Turkish Get-up, if you are new to the movement, go very light on the kettlebell or no bell at all. On the swings, go heavier on the kettlebell. You will likely need two different bells to complete this workout unless you are very strong in Turkish getups.
