Time Priority - This workout is intended to challenge your grit. The overhead squats need to be peformed with perfect form - if you cannot peform them, then do back squats instead. The way this should be performed is: Choose a spot where your barbell will live and then mark out 50 meters from that. Perform your squats, sit the bar down, then bear crawl to your 50 meter mark, then turn around and perform walking lunges back to your bar. Repeat for 20 minutes.
