Before starting the workout, warm up with some light cardio and mobility exercises to prepare the body for the squat clean thrusters. Choose a weight that is challenging but manageable for the entire workout. Break up the reps into smaller sets if needed, but try to minimize rest time between sets. Maintain proper form throughout the movement, keeping the elbows up and chest tall during the squat clean and driving through the heels during the thruster.
