min

Equipment:

Air Bike, Weighted Vest

Cooldown:

5

min

Modality:

Coaching notes

Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up with dynamic stretching and activation exercises for the upper body and legs. During the buy-in run, focus on maintaining a steady pace and breathing rhythm. Use the rounds of handstand push-ups and alternating pistols to challenge your upper body and leg strength and endurance. If two handstand push-ups are too challenging, modify them with pike push-ups or wall walks. If four alternating pistols are too challenging, modify them with assisted pistols or regular squats. During the buy-out assault bike, aim for a consistent effort and maintain proper form, including a strong core and steady breathing. If 2,019 meters is too challenging, reduce the distance or modify it with another cardio machine. Wearing a weight vest adds an extra challenge to the workout, so make sure to adjust the weight to a level that challenges you but allows for proper form and safety. After completing the workout, cool down with stretching, particularly focusing on the upper body and legs. Hydrate and refuel with a balanced meal or snack to aid in recovery.
