Coaching notes
Before starting the circuit, warm up with some light cardio and dynamic stretching to prepare the muscles for the exercises. During the circuit, focus on maintaining proper form and technique for each movement. Use a weight that challenges you but allows for good form. For the wall ball shots, aim for a full squat and explosive throw. For the kettlebell swings, hinge at the hips and use the momentum to swing the kettlebell to shoulder height. During the kettlebell snatches, keep the weight close to the body and use a fluid motion to lift it overhead. Finish each round with a 100 meter sprint, pushing yourself to maintain a fast pace. After the circuit, cool down with some light stretching and foam rolling to prevent muscle soreness and tightness.
