Prior to starting the workout, ensure that you have warmed up properly, focusing on mobility and activation of the muscles you will be using. For the squat clean thrusters, maintain good form throughout the movement. Start with the barbell on the ground, and perform a squat clean, followed by a thruster. Repeat this movement for 100 reps. If 95/45 lbs is too heavy, reduce the weight to maintain proper form and safety. Focus on breathing and pacing yourself throughout the workout, and take breaks as needed. After completing the workout, cool down with stretching, particularly focusing on the legs, shoulders, and back. Hydrate and refuel with a balanced meal or snack to aid in recovery.
