Cooldown:

Coaching notes
Begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the circuit. During the bike portion, aim for a consistent pace that challenges you but allows you to complete the other exercises with good form. For toes to bars, focus on engaging your core and using a controlled motion to bring your toes up to the bar. Modify with knee raises or hanging leg raises if needed. During burpees, maintain good form and aim for a steady pace. Modify with step-back burpees or reduce the reps if needed. Throughout the circuit, prioritize proper form and technique over speed. Take breaks as needed, but aim to keep moving and complete as many rounds as possible within the 20-minute time frame. After the circuit, cool down with stretching, particularly focusing on the core, hips, and shoulders.
