Start with a thorough warm-up, including dynamic stretches and a light jog to prepare your body for the workout. The workout consists of 7 rounds of a 500-meter run, 14 air squats, 14 lunges per leg, 14 sit-ups, and 14 squat jumps, followed by 25 burpees and a 1-mile run. Pace yourself during the first 7 rounds, focusing on maintaining good form and breathing. Break up the movements as needed to keep moving. If you need to modify any of the movements due to equipment or mobility limitations, feel free to do so. Just make sure to maintain the intended stimulus of the workout. After completing the workout, cool down with a light jog and some static stretching to prevent injury and aid in recovery. Remember to hydrate and refuel your body with proper nutrition.
