Today's workout consists of deadlifts and wall ball shots. For deadlifts, males should aim for 225lbs and females should aim for 155lbs. Make sure to warm up properly before attempting this movement to prevent injury. For wall ball shots, use a 20/14 lb ball and aim for consistent sets with short breaks in between.
