Coaching notes
Warm up with some light cardio and dynamic stretching to prepare your body for the workout. For each round, break up the power cleans and snatches as needed to maintain good form and avoid fatigue. Aim to complete the squat cleans and snatches unbroken if possible. If you struggle with double-unders, consider substituting with single-unders or another cardio movement that challenges you. Remember to focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and listen to your body. Cool down with some static stretching and foam rolling to aid in recovery. This workout is designed to improve your strength and conditioning, so push yourself but don't sacrifice form for speed.
