Warm up with some light cardio and dynamic stretching to get your heart rate up and muscles ready for the workout. For each round, aim to maintain a steady pace and break up the movements as needed to avoid burnout. Consider breaking up the push-ups and air squats into smaller sets, and focus on maintaining good form throughout. If you don't have access to a space for bear crawls, substitute with crab walks or another crawling movement. And if lunges are challenging, consider reducing the distance or substituting with step-ups. Remember, the goal of this workout is to build endurance and muscular endurance, so focus on maintaining a consistent effort throughout the 10 rounds. After the workout, cool down with some light stretching and foam rolling to aid in recovery and prevent soreness.
