Strict Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up

Instructions

1. Hang from a pull-up bar with a pronated grip, arms fully extended. 2. Engage the lats and initiate a controlled pull. 3. Keep the body rigid as you pull the chest to touch the bar. 4. Pause briefly at the top, then lower with control. 5. Avoid excessive swinging or kipping.
