Single Arm Kettlebell Swing
Instructions
1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand. 2. Hinge at the hips and swing the kettlebell back between the legs. 3. Explosively drive the hips forward to propel the kettlebell upward. 4. Allow the kettlebell to reach chest height with a straight arm. 5. Control the descent, allowing the kettlebell to swing back between the legs before repeating.
