Ring Push-Up
Instructions
1. Begin in a high plank position with feet together, keeping hands on the rings, directly under shoulders. 2. Lower the chest towards the ground, keeping elbows close to your body. 3. Push up, extending your arms and returning to the high plank position with hands on the rings. 4. Repeat.
