Kipping Ring Muscle-Up
Instructions
1. Start hanging from the rings with a false grip. 2. Initiate a strong kip by swinging into a hollow position, then arching. 3. As the rings move forward, aggressively pull yourself upward. 4. Transition by bringing the chest over the rings and rolling the wrists forward. 5. Press into a full dip to lock out the movement. 6. Lower yourself under control and reset.
