Kipping Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up
Instructions
1. Hang from the bar with a pronated grip, arms fully extended. 2. Initiate a controlled kip by arching the body, then swinging into a hollow position. 3. Generate momentum by driving the hips upward while pulling explosively. 4. At the peak, pull the chest to contact the bar. 5. Control the descent and transition smoothly into the next rep.
