Dumbbell Squat

Instructions

1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. 2. Push hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat, keeping chest up and back straight. 3. Lower until thighs are parallel to the floor. 4. Push through heels to return to standing position.
