Dumbbell Overhead Squat

Instructions

1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand with arm extended overhead. 2. Keeping the arms extended, lower into a squat position, pushing the hips back and down. 3. Keep the chest up and core engaged throughout the movement. 4. Drive through the heels to return to the starting position.
