Bar Over Burpee

Instructions

1. Stand next to a barbell with feet shoulder-width apart. 2. Drop into a burpee by placing hands on the ground and kicking feet back into a plank position. 3. Perform a push-up, keeping your core engaged. 4. Jump feet forward, then explosively jump laterally over the barbell. 5. Land softly, reset, and repeat the movement.
