Back Rack Barbell Lunge

Instructions

1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward. 2. Place the barbell on your shoulders, behind your neck 3. Step one foot forward into a lunge position, with the front knee at a 90 degree angle 4. Lightly tap the back knee to the ground 5. Push through your front foot to return back to standing, and repeat on the opposite leg
