Air Squat

Instructions

1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes slightly pointed out. 2. Engage core and keep chest lifted. 3. Send hips back and down as if sitting in a chair. 4. Bend knees and lower hips until thighs are parallel to the ground. 5. Push through heels to return to standing position.
